  Well first, I had an issue at another Metro PCS located in Victorville. The employee was rude and did not have any knowledge on the phone's I inquired about. I came to this location and was greeted by Mr. Hugo. He was very knowledgeable on the phone's. He took his time and explained the functions of each phone. After informing me of the deals Metro PCS had.. I had to buy a phone. Unfortunately, it did not pick up my 5g WiFi so I returned it two days later. Mr. Hugo assisted me with the return very quickly. He also informed me of a phone that had the functions I was looking for. I ended up upgrading and getting another phone and line for my best friend Lol. The phone's are great, customer service was great. I have never wrote a review before this, but I feel like his service deserves to be acknowledged. Thanks again.
