  This places needs to be audited with all the games they play to save money, then you have caseworkers that lie so there children get benefits. Don't go to school on there program they will make it so you fail and owe everything back a bunch of crooked people here, how crooked are They? they posted a number on a orange piece of paper and told us to call it to verify my account magically my card was hacked and all my money was stolen and nobody would help me get my money back we had to call Sacramento to get something back. The biggest problem is there attitude like my old caseworker I quote "I been here 25 years I'm not going anywhere I take care stuff on my time, I get paid if i do anything or not" right Carlette Harris and you proved it by never putting any of my paper work in the system.

  If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Ms. Alicia Molina is HORRIBLE! She’s very unprofessional & NEVER answers phone calls or return voicemails .. & I mean NEVER! Neither does she follow up & inform you of the status of your case.
  
  & her supervisors are JUST as horrible. Mr. Myer does NOT answer phone calls OR return phone calls. & he doesn’t have the people under him do their job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
